This project was designed as part of my typography class at UAB, the prompt being to design a set of editorial spreads for an article of choice. I was inspired by a lot of punk design for these spreads. I wanted to play with edgy typefaces and rich textures to achieve a grunge feel, but I also wanted to still take the history of the article into account with the body copy and smaller headers.
